Looks like someone found the monkey's Greenway Park hideout! Unfortunately they had already left. They left some evidence behind however, showing that they had been there. I'll update you with more details soon.

I never came close to solving clue 1. I was thinking 8 letters, or near an 18 hole golf course since the numbers went to 18 and the circles could respresent holes.?.?.? No idea. clue 2: away from the columbia river. Clue 3, Between Sunset and Pacific hwy. clue 4 led me to the TPR Constoga building. By 5 we knew, but I had to go see the cutest 102 old man for lunch. He is my real treasure!
I hope I got those in the right order, I am away from my clues right now.

Thanks for putting on a fun hunt with great clues. I was way off (thought it might be at the Airport Post Office until yesterday) but hope to have better insight and luck next time. Congratulations to the winner.

aye.......... twas a grand hunt i meself thot of the greenway school but then them blasted monkeys were found. I shall be meetin all who come for hunt # two..... in the mean time i stay sharp for the first clue of hunt # 2.... Har Har Har
