Clue #1

Clue # 1 is a sudoku puzzle, however the numbers are not the usual 1-9. In this case, the numbers represent letters with A=1, B=2, C=3 etc. First solve the puzzle then take the numbers from the circles and convert them to the appropriate letter. This gives you C H A K E _ P _ with two of the letters missing. You would know that the letters/numbers are both the same by solving the sudoku. It is revealed in clues 2 & 3 that the missing letter is "I". This spells the Native American word Chakeipi which is translated "Place of the Beaver" and refers to Beaverton.

Clue #2

Clue #2 tells you that that the Sunset Highway (26) is on the right (North if you are leaving Portland), and that Pacific Highway (99W) is to the left (South if you are leaving Portland). The sticker was hidden "early in the morning".

The background picture is missing the pupils (eyes) letting you know the missing letter in clue #1 is an I.

Clue #3

Clue #3 indicates SW Scholls Ferry Rd which borders the park to the South. At one end it becomes SW River Rd, and at the other end becomes SW Skyline Blvd. Sailing refers loosely to a boat (ferry).

The background picture is now more defined and missing the rest of the eyes, emphasizing the missing letter in clue #1.

Clue #4 is referring to the Rapier Practices that you see in Greenway park on the weekends. You can find information on the classes on several websites like here and here.

The background picture is the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation logo taken from the sign in Greenway Park.

Clue #5 is a collage of pictures from the area in and around Greenway Park. mhael did an excellent job finding them and you can see his pictures in the forums here. The only one not shown in his post is a Greenway Neighborhood sign.
