You may or may not know that Monkey Treasure supports private messages between players. Someone may even have sent you a message you don't know about. The problem has been that unless you turned on email notification, the only way to know if you have any new messages is to click the inbox link in the upper right hand corner of the site.

I've added a few enhancements that should make things much easier. First, if you have new messages the inbox link will show the number of unread messages i.e. Inbox(3) would mean you have 3 unread messages. Second, when you receive a new private message you will see a notification alert show up in the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Try them out and leave us a comment letting us know what you think of the new features.

P.S. Remember, that if the Recipients(s) colums shows NA don't try to reply to the message because no one will see it. Instead, send a new private message by using the send user a private message link on the users profile page.
