The sticker was hidden behind the brochure rack in the Information kiosk on the north bound side of the Baldock Rest Area south of Wilsonville.
The file name contained an anagram for rest area, the pictures were all taken at the rest area, and the text refered to the Red Bull vending machine which you might need if you are getting tired while driving.
