Eligibility: Except as set forth below the contest is open to all legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age and over. Employees of Monkey Treasure, any of its affiliated companies, agents, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and the immediate families of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
 

Contest Period: Each contest will start when the first clue is posted on the Monkey Treasure website, and will end when there is a winner.
 

How to play: Contestants will search for a sticker by following the clues posted on the Monkey Treasure website. The sticker will be hidden in a public place and will contain the Monkey Treasure logo, a telephone number, and a passcode. The sticker is not to be removed from the hidden location. Contestants should search for the sticker responsibly and at their own risk. Do not trespass on private property. Contestants must follow all local and federal laws and regulations; Monkey Treasure is under no circumstances to be held responsible for the infraction thereof.
 

How to win: The first contestant to call the telephone number, and enter the passcode found on the sticker will be the winner. Callers must leave their name, call time, phone number, MonkeyTreasure.com sign in name, and a detailed description of the sticker location. Any missing information may lead to disqualification. Winners will be notified within 72 hours of calling the phone number, with instructions on how to claim the prize.
 

Consumer disclosure: Prizes may not be awarded if there is not a winner by the end of the contest period. Winners will receive their prize within thirty (30) days of being confirmed the winner. Prizes being awarded may be subject to Winner signing a liability/publicity release. Any prizes not awarded will be forfeited and owned by Monkey Treasure. All federal, state, and local laws, regulations and statutes apply. Noncompliance with any official rule will result in disqualification.

No transfer, cash redemption or substitutions of prizes except by sponsor due to prize availability. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Expenses not specified, other than shipping and handling, are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winners agree, except where prohibited, that Monkey Treasure may use the winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeliness, and voice for advertising and/or promotional purposes without further consideration. By accepting prizes, winners agree that Monkey Treasure, its respective parents, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents should not have liability for any damage done by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes and/or participation in the sweepstakes. Monkey Treasure reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the sweepstakes in the event that the contest is incapable of running as originally planned, for any reason.
 

Missing stickers: If you believe you have discovered the exact location of the sticker and it isn’t there, immediately post an entry to the Monkey Treasure support forum. In the post title, write “Missing Sticker”. In the post body, leave a detailed description of the believed location of the sticker. Then (and only after you have posted in the forum) contact Monkey Treasure support. We will respond with the next steps, but the first correct post that is verified will be deemed the winner.
